BEST HIT SS	Information literacy and fake news yielded 228 results.  Using the facets within the database I was able to narrow the search by research articles from 2018 which yielded 29 results.	The terms information literacy and library yielded 385 results and had more articles on information literacy to include those that related to medicine for both patients and medical professionals.
1 CONTENT THING YOU LEARNED	There were some medical articles that appeared in the results that I do not believe would have appeared as far up in the results list if searching a non-medical database.	A lot of articles were retrieved regarding reading literacy.  In order to use this database to retrieve articles on information literacy you would likely have to use a building block strategy or successive fractions strategy.
1 SEARCHING THING YOU LEARNED	Look for the specific facets that can help narrow your search.  This can be very useful especially if you retrieve a large number of results from a broad search.   It can significantly help narrow the search in a matter of seconds.	This is not a database I would use for the subject of information literacy.  More information would be found in a social sciences database.   It made me think of another research topic within information literacy which would be the effects of information literacy on misinformation in medicine.
REFLECT ON HOW THE SEARCH WENT	I liked the database and found it easy to use.  I definitely liked the facets to help narrow the search. It really helps to narrow your focus on what you want to research.	The search in this database did not yield the types of article I was looking for.  Information literacy and fake news yielded 0 results.  A basic keyword search on information literacy yielded 8,441 results.  I felt the additional filters were limited especially for a layman.  If you are adept at researching databases this one would be easy to navigate.  If you are a novice it may be a little more difficult to refine the search intuitively.
